• Visit of the delegation of the Election Commission of India to the National Election Office of Hungary

    The meeting between the two electoral management bodies took place in Budapest on November 24, 2025, aiming to foster stronger international collaboration and deeper engagement, and exchange knowledge on electoral best practices. The delegation was led by Dr. Arun. T, IAS, Chief Electoral Officer of Dadar & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu. The National Election Office of Hungary was represented by president Attila Nagy, Dr. and Krisztina Anita Kovács, dr., head of the International and Press Department.

  • Visit of the Chief Executive of the Swedish Election Authority to the National Election Office of Hungary

    On November 27, 2025, Anna Nyqvist, Chief Executive of the Swedish Election Authority, was welcomed by Attila Nagy, Dr., President of the National Election Office of Hungary (NEO). The bilateral meeting aimed at fostering international collaboration, exchanging knowledge on electoral administration and sharing best practices. Following the meeting, the heads of the two election institutions participated in presentations as part of a conference titled “Prevalent issues regarding suffrage and representation in 2025” at the National University of Public Service.

  • The OSCE ODIHR director and delegation visit the National Election Office

    On 27 November 2025, Ms. Maria Telalian, Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), paid an official visit to Hungary in order to discuss the preparations for the 2026 parliamentary elections and the importance of international election observation, with Attila Nagy, Dr., President of the National Election Office (NEO).
