Márton Kiss Dr. – Vice-President for IT and Legal Affairs of the National Election Office

Born on December 6, 1985, in Kiskunfélegyháza, he completed his secondary education at the Budapest-Fasori Evangelical High School and graduated with a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in 2010.
From September 2010, he worked as a senior legal and national minority affairs advisor in the Election Department of the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice, then between 2012 and 2013 as a senior advisor to the director general at the Budapest Capital Government Office.
Since the establishment of the National Election Office in 2013, he has been a member of the Office, first as head of the Legal Department and then as deputy head of the Legal and Administrative Department. From September 1, 2018, to January 31, 2020, he was entrusted with leading a project on "Controlling the fulfillment of contracts related to election IT services." From August 1, 2019, he headed the Legal and IT Department.
Since September 1, 2022, he has been the Vice-President for IT and Legal Affairs at the National Election Office.
He is married and has two children.
