Born on December 27, 1980, in Budapest, he graduated with a law degree from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2004, later earning a degree in European law from the same institution in 2006. He obtained his doctorate from the Doctoral School of Law and Political Science at Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2016.

From 2004, he worked as an EU advisor and tender group leader at the Mayor's Office of the Local Government of Pesterzsébet, District XX of Budapest. From 2010, he served as head of department at the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice. Between 2011 and 2018, he continued his career as a senior advisor at the Constitutional Court. From 2018, he served as CEO of Rév8 Zrt. for one year. Between 2019 and 2020, he held the position of Deputy State Secretary for Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Justice.

Since September 15, 2020, he has been the president of the National Election Office.

In addition to his position, he currently teaches administrative law at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church and at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Pázmány Péter Catholic University.
