5/2010. OVB Resolution on the establishment of the text of each resolution of the National Electoral Committee and the repealing of each resolution
The National Election Committee - at its meeting held on August 17, 2010 - acting within its competence laid down in Section 90/A (4) a), Section 99/K (5) a), Section 105/A (4) a), Section 115/I (8) a), Section 115/P (5) a), Section 124/A (3) a), Section 131/A a), and Section 143/A (4) of Act C of 1997 on the electoral procedure (hereinafter: Ve.), issues the following resolution:
I.
Reviewing its previous resolutions, the National Election Committee states that some of the previously issued OVB resolutions contain outdated statements due to changes in the laws.
II.
In view of the matters described in point I, the National Election Committee establishes the text of the following resolutions - in accordance with the valid provisions of the laws - as per the annex:
