The National Election Committee, acting within its competence as laid down in Section 34 (2) a) of Act C of 1997 on Electoral Procedure (hereinafter: Ve.), **amends** Resolution 16/2002 (IV. 10.) OVB on the registration of voters who change their address as follows:

The last two paragraphs of Resolution 16/2002 (IV. 10.) OVB are replaced by the following sentence:

"If a voter, by using a fictitious address registration, votes unlawfully in a constituency different from their previous residence, they commit a criminal offense by voting."
