The National Election Committee, acting within its competence laid down in Section 34 (2) a) of Act C of 1997 on the electoral procedure (hereinafter: Ve.), issues the following
resolution

The National Election Committee issued Resolution no. 10/2002. (III. 25.) on the format of list ballot papers. The provisions laid down in the cited resolution are also applicable to the format of the individual constituency ballot papers.
