After the consultations following the 2022 elections, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) has returned to the National Election Office (NEO) for a follow-up visit. The delegation was received by the presidents of the National Election Office and the National Election Commission (NEC).

A delegation of two ODIHR officials visited the National Election Office in Budapest on the 17th of October 2023. Dr. Attila Nagy, President of the NEO and Dr. Róbert Sasvári, President of the National Election Commission welcomed the representatives of the organisation, including Ambassador Jillian Stirk, who headed the OSCE Election Observation Mission to Hungary at the 2022 elections.

During the professional dialogue, Dr. Attila Nagy reaffirmed the commitment of the National Election Office to cooperate with ODIHR and expressed his confidence in further joint work.
