The elected members of the returning boards (hereinafter: RB) and the required number of their substitutes should be elected on 20 March 2006 the latest [para (1) art. 23 of the Act].

The recommendation coupons not submitted should be destroyed by 16.00 o'clock on 20 March 2006. The related records should be handed over to the electoral committee 16.00 o'clock on 23 March 2006 [art. 60 of the Act].

The regional list and the candidates included in them can be announced by 16.00 o'clock on 20 March 2006, the latest [para (1) art. 94 of the Act].
