In the first ballot, votes can be cast between 6.00 and 19.00 o'clock local time on 2 April 2006. At foreign representations where time lag is -1 or -2 hours in relation to the Central European time, votes can be cast between 6.00 o'clock local time and 19.00 Central European time. At foreign representations on the American continent, votes can be cast between 6.00 and 19.00 o'clock by local time on the 8th day preceding the ballot in Hungary [para (1) art. 96/A of the Act].
