Ascertaining successfulness
Assessment with regard to conclusiveness has been completed pursuant to paragraph (6) of Article 28/C of the Constitution.
Paragraph (6) of Article 28/C of the Constitution:
"The national referendum is conclusive if more than half of the voters who have voted validly,
but at least more than one fourth of all of the voters have given the same answer to the question raised."
1. question: "Do you agree that inpatient care should be exempt from daily hospital fees with effect from 1 January in the year after the referendum is held on the present issue?" |

The conditions of conclusiveness determined by law have been met, on the grounds of which the national referendum is conclusive.
The result of the national referendum: the majority of voters have voted on "YES" answer.
