Criminal offence against the order of elections, referendums and popular initiatives

§ 211 
Anyone who in the course of parliamentary elections, the election of the members and mayors of local governments and members of local governments for minorities, as well as national or local referendums and popular initiatives
a) violating the rules of nomination, gains proposals with force, threatening, bribery or pecuniary allowances;
b) in order to propose a referendum or popular initiative, gains signatures with force, threatening, bribery or pecuniary allowances;
c) votes without title;
d) signs illegally, indicates false data;
e) hinders persons entitled to do so from electing, or voting on a referendum;
f) violates the secrecy of the elections or referendums;
g) falsifies the results of the elections, referendums or popular initiatives
shall commit a crime, and may be sentenced to maximum three years’ imprisonment.
