The collection of signatures for the support of popular initiation and national referendum in banned areas
156. § (1) Persons collecting signatures to support a national referendum or a popular initiation in areas banned by the law on national referendum and popular initiation may be fined to a maximum amount of HUF 100,000 (one hundred thousand Hungarian Forints).
