IX. Setting the date of the national referendum
The date of the national referendum is set by the President after a period of up to 15 days elapsed from the deadline for submitting appeals against the resolution of the Parliament that ordered the national referendum. If appeals are submitted, the date of the national referendum is set by the President after a period of up to 15 days elapsed from the date the last such appeal is reviewed.
The date of the national referendum is to be set at least 43 days prior to the date of the referendum, and within 90 days of the publication of the Parliament resolution ordering the referendum, or if there are appeals to the resolution, within 90 days of the review of the appeals.
