The director of the National Election Office provides the sample of the signature collection form with a validation clause, on the day of deadline for submitting the appeals if there are no appeals submitted to the National Election Committee until the set deadline.  If an appeal is submitted, the signature collection form is provided with the validation clause on the day when the confirmation of the validation by the Constitutional Court of the decision of the National Election Office is published in the Official Gazette.  (Article (1), § 118.
