V. Review of initiations

The National Election Committee shall validate or reject the signature collection form and the related question within 30 days. The decision of the National Election Committee is published in the Official Gazette (§117, Ve*.)

Anyone can submit an appeal to the Constitutional Court within 15 days from the publication in the Official Gazette of the relevant Parliamentary decision. (Article (1), § 130. Ve).

The Constitutional Court shall review the appeal ahead of agenda (Article (3), § 130. Ve) and the result of the review is published in the Official Gazette.

The Constitutional Court can confirm or declare void the decision of the National Election Committee and thus, it orders new proceedings. (Article (3), § 130. Ve). The decisions of the National Election Committee and the Constitutional Court can be as follows:
